Autozone ladysmith

Autozone ladysmith is probably the most useless place i have ever been to spend over 2000 on a new car part, got it tested and the part is not working now i must struggle to get a refund which i still did not get as they are comming with alot of stories , they dont want to exchange the part and all above customer service is pathetic at autozone ladysmith, me, my family and my friends will never support them again, cant understand if they want to have a business open atleast treat the customers right(highly not recommend rather go to another store)
