Autozone / Karite Krugersdorp

On 21/09/2023 I went to purchase a car battery at Autozone Krugersdorp. After purchasing a new battery I enquired about the guarantee of my old battery as I always purchase my batteries there. Then I was informed by Gerrie that it still under guarantee they will take it back to the supplier and I will be refunded since I had already purchased a new battery. He said the old battery will be collected the next day. I have been making follow up and to this day I am always told that their supplier has still not fetched the battery. I am at my wits end as no one is communicating with me,I am there one that always has to make a follow up,their customer service is very poor. This morning I called again to enquire and I was told that he is not around.
