AutoZone Gonubie - totally *********!

I bought a quality jump start device for my car from AutoZone Gonubie. When I couldn't get it to charge, I phoned the number on the business card inside the packaging as I thought he was an agent and could help me out. I found out that he had returned the same item because it was defective and AutoZone Gonubie manager Christiaan had promised to phone him when a replacement came in. Instead, the device got put back into stock and they sold it to me. I was furious that they would do something so *********! I even had to use my insurance to call out a mechanic the next day to get my car started. Christiaan promised to follow up and get back to me and I gave him all my details. This was in September and I have heard nothing!
