Autozone butterworth robs me

I bought an autozone battery in their butterworth branch on the 02 March 2019, for R1200. it worked for a couple of months and stopped. I returned the battery in march 2020 and was told to leave it so their technician can examine it. Went back a week later. They told me to wait for the manager. Waited again the manager told me to wait for a technician. Eventually i was told the technician said its my fault and they wont be reimbersing me or exchange the battery. I asked for the technician's report so i can take it up. I havnt recieved it till this day and even my old battery i havnt recieved. I have been cheated by autozone butterworth and have lost all hope now. How can a brand this big rob me of my hard earned R1200?
