Autozone branded car battery goes flat over night.

I went to autozone (June 2017) with my sabbat car battery which lasted me for over 5years and the sales consultant told me autozone branded car batteries are good quality.

So in trying to save money I bought the autozone branded car battery with 6months warranty on it(1st give away that autozone batteries are trash) and four months later I wake up and the car doesn’t start with a dead battery. The battery dies twice in the same week so I decided to take it back after getting a boost start.

So on my way obviously the battery recharges but when I get there they test the battery and their machine says the battery is all good the fault is with my car. Since I’m driving an old car I believe them.

So every night I have to unplug the battery terminals and connect them back in the morning. I decide to swop my battery with my friend and guess what!!! The battery dies in his car same problem with me. The willard battery from my friend in my car doesn’t discharge.

Now (7 feb 2018) the autozone branded battery is out of warranty and I’m sitting with a trash battery that can’t hold on to charge overnight.

Lesson learned never buy no name cheap electronics to save money. Stick to quality with a proven track record .
