Autozone Blackheath terrible service!

I went to Autozone Blackheath where I dealt with a man called Andrikus. I asked for a specific item. I was told it's out of stock and will be delivered later that day.

I went back the next day and I was told it hasn't still been delivered. I said fine I will be back in a few days. I go back to the store at the end of the week and I'm told AutoZone Blackheath still does not have the item.

I give Andrikus my cell number and my name and he said he will contact me when the item is delivered. I wait a week and I get no response so I go to the store to see what's happening. When I arrive Andrikus says it's still out of stock and tells me to give my contact details again. This was already a sign that Andrikus is unreliable.

I give him the benefit of the doubt I wait another week and I again go the store to see what's happening. Now when I arrive Andrikus knew I was there and waiting for him yet he tries to avoid me. I confront him and he says to me, sorry it has been so busy and he will try to get the item I want from one of the other branches and he will give me a call.

I have not received a call until today. Andrikus is unreliable, dishonest and a complete idiot. He has wasted my time. I think what he has done is when the items are delivered he sells them to other customers disregarding the fact that he made a commitment with me.

A complete waste of my time. This man is *********** and should learn some business ethics!
