Autozone battery flat

Bought a battery from autozone 3 days ago. This morning vehicle doesn't want to start. Took the battery back to them because of the warranty. They have to check which is fine, but now I have to wait till next week before the the rep can come and give a credit. How does this work. So for future reference, I have now bought another battery from another company without the deposit. Autozone you have lost a client.
