AltonaTOR ISSUE

Bought an new altonator for my Nissan nivara, and i also gave them the original part to match with. Took the new altonator to fit and cost me R500 for labour. After fitted the vehicle made noises and took it back to the fitter and they discovered that the pulley of the new altonator is faulty! I went back to autozone to report the fault and they ordered another one for me, took about 2 days and when it arrived at autozone nelspruit it was another faulty brand new unit ordered!! I did complain on facebook autozone page and they told me that it was the fitter that was making the belts too tight, that is absolute nonsense to blame the fitter... So they ordered a 3rd altonator which was apperantly hundred oercent perfect according to autozone nelspruit and i waited about a week for that. I fitted the 3rd altonator yesterday 05/04/2017 and it cost me another R500 labour, drove away with the vehichle and after about 10km driving it started making noise again!!! Took it back and we discovered that it was the wrong altonator !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spend R1000 on my costs for Autozone's MISTAKES AND FAULTY UNITS!!!

This is unnacceptable and i demand some reimbur*****t, it can even be a voucher from you guys !!!
