not all professionals are as professional as they say.

very rude service, states cant install an immobilizer in a Citroen where we researched that you can, even though we were charged for it. The security systems are faulty as the alarm takes about 10 min to go off. which means if someone would break in they have a good get away chance. the dashboard and interior of car was left filthy and they stated that "it wasn't them" even though we had the car cleaned before it went to them. on the security certificate they stated that a level 4 alarm and anti hijacking system was installed.. i could pick up our car and the alarm doesn't go off.. i even unlocked the car from the inside and nothing happened. they said the alarm isn't motion sensitive, so that means that someone can tow away my car away and i would never know. how professional are these people if they cant even do their jobs right. It's as if they don't know how.
