⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from AutoXperts Mobile Mechanics I had a great experience with AutoXperts Mobile Mechanics. From the initial communication to the completion of the job, their service was professional, efficient and reliable. What impressed me most is that they come to you, which makes the whole process extremely convenient. The technicians were knowledgeable, explained the problem clearly, and carried out the work professionally. It’s not easy finding mechanics who genuinely know BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles, but AutoXperts definitely know what they are doing. I was kept informed throughout the process and there were no unnecessary surprises. I highly recommend AutoXperts Mobile Mechanics to anyone looking for professional, honest and reliable automotive services. I will definitely use them again!

From the initial communication to the completion of the job, their service was professional, efficient and reliable. Paid for a diagnostic, got rushed work, forgotten appointments, and three weeks of empty promises
I booked and paid for a R1250 diagnostic inspection with AutoXperts. On the day of the appointment they simply never showed up and never even called. I had to phone them myself, only to be told they had completely forgotten about my booking. After rescheduling, two guys finally arrived. The entire job felt rushed from the moment they got there. Instead of a proper diagnostic inspection, they just plugged in a machine. One of them stood there murmuring something I could barely hear. When I asked for a clear, detailed written report of the findings, they agreed. That was three weeks ago. I have been chasing them ever since. Every phone call brings a different story and another empty promise. No report. No proper explanation. Nothing. What was supposed to be a straightforward paid diagnostic has turned into weeks of wasted time and constant follow-ups. Their social media presents them as reliable, knowledgeable, and “good Christians.” My experience has been the opposite: forgotten appointments, rushed work, and ongoing excuses instead of the results I paid for. I would not recommend them. If you value your time and want actual answers after paying for a diagnostic, look elsewhere.

Improved and Better Service
They came back to do a reassessment of my car after the I followed up about the misgivings of the initial inspection. The Team was helpful and professional , I have my diagnostic report and quotation for repair work. I know that the other guys are a force multiplier but I do wish that Mike can do all this inspections and repairs himself .

Here’s a strong but factual HelloPeter review that clearly explains what happened without sounding overly emotional: Extremely disappointing service – R1,250 wasted I paid R1,250 for a diagnosis, expecting a proper and professional assessment of the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with Auto Experts was extremely disappointing. The people featured on their TikTok, WhatsApp videos and other promotional content are not the same people who came out to assist me. The technicians who arrived were not helpful and, in my opinion, did not provide the level of service I expected for the amount I paid. They arrived, parked the vehicle without even switching off the car, opened the bonnet, checked the battery—which was brand new—and then plugged in a diagnostic machine. After that, I was simply told that Auto Experts would need to quote me for additional work to investigate further and determine what was actually wrong with the vehicle. My concern is: What exactly was the R1,250 diagnosis fee for if the issue could not be properly diagnosed? I was left feeling that I had paid R1,250 and received very little value in return, only to potentially be charged even more to find out what the actual problem was. I expected a professional diagnostic service, a clear explanation of the findings, and some indication of what the actual problem was. Instead, the experience felt rushed and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Experts. I believe customers should be made fully aware of what the R1,250 diagnosis fee actually covers and what they can realistically expect to receive for that payment. To add to this, they have not responded with a full report and quote of any additional work that needs to be done. They are so unprofessional
