Extremely excellent service

I would like to commend the staff and management of Auto-X (Willard Batteries) for their prompt response and action to my complaint. I went to Midas Northmead in Benoni to exchange the battery which was still within warranty but I had to face bad attitude and unwillingness to help from the staff even the manager was dismissive and accused me of having abused the battery without any proof (anyway the least i say about Midas Northmead the better). I approached Willard through their facebook page and the lady by the name of Candice Kenloff escalated my complaint to their service manager Karabo Mautla who was very helpful she gathered all the information from my side and looked into the matter without any prejudice from what the guys at Miday said. She then sent a Technician to test my battery and advise if they can replace it. A very friend gentleman by the name of Michael (Bheki) Kubheka called me and made an appointment to come and test my battery. He came and upon testing he realized the battery was not working the cells were not working, he then conducted a physical inspection on the battery and didnt find any sign of battery abuse and he asked for a receipt for that battery and replaced my battery immediately. Everything happened in a short space of time, I registered my complaint at 10:15 in the morning and at 15:00 my battery was replaced. I really appreciate the professionalism that was demonstrated by the aforementioned ladies and gentlemen. Auto-X is really lucky to have them as part of their human capital, I hope this excellent service gets rewarded. You guys rock !!!!
