Title: Disappointed by delays, poor communication, and ongoing PPF refund issue I took my vehicle to Auto Wrap SA for stone chip repairs and planned to have PPF installed afterwards. The stone chip repair quotation was R9,150, which was paid directly by my insurance. Separately, I was asked to pay R20,000 upfront for the PPF on 23 July so that the process could begin. I dropped my car off on 24 July, but the paintwork only started several days later. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information about the progress of my vehicle, which made it difficult to know what was actually happening. After losing confidence in the process, I requested a refund of the R20,000 PPF payment because, to my knowledge, the PPF had not yet been installed. I was initially given different explanations, and more recently I was told that the PPF had been purchased and would be returned to the supplier so that my refund could be processed. I also requested the purchase receipt and supplier details for transparency. On the day I was told I could collect my vehicle, I waited after being told the owner was about 30 minutes away. Several hours passed without him arriving. I was then asked to leave my keys at reception or inside the vehicle, even though there was no one at reception to receive them. For security and insurance reasons, I was not prepared to leave my keys unattended. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the promised refund of my R20,000. I hope the business honours its commitment and resolves this matter without me having to take further action. My concerns are the repeated delays, inconsistent communication Do not take your car there!!

Brian from Autowrap SA is the most ********* person i have come across. He asks for a deposit and then never responds after payment is made. He has moved premises from Sandton to Westhill Business Estate in Sunderland Ridge in Centurion. From what i've gathered, this seems to be a trend with this guy.. STAY AWAY from this place. I've been running after this guy for months!
