Autoworx Barnyard - Junaid

I had the utmost worst experience at Autoworx Barnyard in my life time, this has been a living nightmare - It has been taxing on all my affairs regarding my car! I personally dealt with Junaid, and I am horrified at how he financially took advantage of the situation. Autoworx Barnyard also has no licensing & is not registered and their company is *******.

I took my Audi A1 in for a few repairs; - Remove and strip the gearbox - Gearbox recon - Clutch cable - Gearlink cable - Fix the dents on my car (Bonnet, front left door,front right door) - Respray left hand side of the car - Replace boot lock

Of which ONLY the dents, half of the respraying the left side of the car was done. Junaid kept the Audi for 9+ weeks for his “Supposedly done work”. There were weeks of “It will be completed next week messages” on WhatsApp for the whole of April & May and following into June of 2023. I collected the car & the work promised done was in fact incomplete, as I continued to have other problems with the car and the invoices kept rolling in (After payment of thousands were made to Junaid).

My Audi A1 kept presenting problems, with my gearbox, my clutch completely sank, engine overheating, and my clutch in the Audi has failed while driving on the highway, causing more strain and distress, might I add the safety risk! Junaid continued to act naive, and asked me to bring the car in continuously - and not to repair what was NOT done in the first place - on top of more invoices to fix the car.

On Monday the 26th of June I had asked Junaid for a full refund - to which he has not attended to.

I had then sent my Audi to another dealership in Randburg (GRS Motorsport), they were amazing & guided me in the right direction. Noel the man who runs GRS Motorsport inspected my Audi & the supposedly done work by Junaid, and sent through some horrific photos of my car - photos of everything I asked Junaid to fix - which in fact was not completed, Junaid did not even touch what I asked his services for, and I still had the broken old parts in my car. Junaid quoted me & supposedly replaced my clutch cable, where my Audi does not use a clutch cable, but a clutch hydronic system.

After weeks of asking Junaid for my thousands of rands worth of money back as a refund, he flat out refuses, and continues to play the naive act.

I strongly suggest that you do not use Junaid or Autoworx Barnyard for any of their services, they over promise and under deliver on top of being ****med through a continuity of invoices, and demands to pay. He has no warranty, no guarantee or refund - should you feel that the work done is incomplete, Junaid does not offer to fix what was promised, but instead invoices you again, and again.

I am utterly disappointed with their work, I find Junaid highly *********, demeaning in his character, has no integrity and a poor work ethic. For your own sanity, I suggest you don’t do business with them!
