The worse dealer ship ever Auto world

They sold me a car less then a 3 months the car turbo broke , took it to them told me the boss is in Dubai must come back in January , came back in January was told must take it up with the warranty plan providers , I told them when I came to them I ask for a AA report on what's wrong with the car they told me they will get it never did , when I took the car to a service provide which I know personal they call in the techniques for turbo's they told me that never have they seen a turbo snap straight through the middle , the shurft , they go to say the parts in the turbo that meant to break first never did , oil got thru the system of the hole car , they say the shurft looks like its put back together welded , I then ask is that possible they said yes , due to the system being flooded with oil plugs has to be replace that when I proched the Adam owner say they will look at it and then see if they can cover I was then told to bring receipts , Adam say he won't pay as its service parts I told him he said I must come with receipts no he said I then told him that they told me the turbo was welded together he said the car went thru road Worthy test not and got new number plates , he does not know I am aware of the process he went to say it would not have passed I knew he does not know what talking about I started to record him ,he started being rude I last R3800 and the warranty covered about R11000 , I would not send my enemy's to them Auto world in goodwood/parow is not a place to buy a car on voortrekker , advice I would give ask for a AA report and wait it its given to u and a good dealer pays for AA report not you , auto world sucks
