Shane Pillay ***********

I bought a Cadillac SRX used Engine from this business and specifically Shane Pillay. with contact nos *** and ***. The discounted price was R12000.00 including delivery.The deal was that i paid half immediately and the balance on delivery. I paid R 6000.00 to an account on invoice no ***.0n the 24/8/21 on the 25 TH Shane PIllay phoned me and said that he had made a mistake and should have charged me R2000.00 for delivery up front. I paid him the R2000.00 the 25 th. Hesaid the Engine was on route and i would receive it on the 26th. On the 26th he said the truck was sleeping over in Bloemfontein and i would get it the next morning. On the 27th he phoned and said his boss wanted a further R2000.00 I paid over the extra R2000.00 on the 27th .He said that the truck was sleeping over in Middleburg and that i would receive it on Saturday .It was at this stage that he stopped answering his phone . on Tuesday he phoned and said he was waiting for the balance of R2000.00 before he would deliver .I told him that this was not our agreement .and that i would pay the balance on delivery.He has not answered his phone since then. I have since then investigated this business on your site and it seems that you have dealt with him before. Please give me advise on what route to follow. Kind Regards
