REBUILD VEHICLE SOLD BY NOT DISCLOSING ALL RELEVANT FACTS

I am not satisfied with the service received from Auto World, 864 Steve Bikho Road, Wonderboom.

I did not at any point request or refer to wanting a rebuild vehicle. I requested and accepted a used vehicle.

The adverti*****t for the vehicle that I bought did not indicate that the vehicle is a rebuild and nowhere during the whtsapp or telephonic conversation with the consultants was such a relevant fact mentioned.

I signed the purchase documents during conversation with the consultant where once again she calmly explained that it is just a normal purchase agreement as I have signed many times before and there is nothing out of the ordinary. This was yet another chance to point out that the vehicle is in fact a rebuild and not a used car.

From the communications and the personal interaction none of the employees/managers or sales consultants ever pointed out that the vehicle was a rebuild.

After signing the consultant confirmed that the vehicle registration documentation would be sent via post due to the fact that it had not yet been printed. Once again, she had another chance to point out that the vehicle is a rebuild, thus the delay in presenting the registration documentation.

I only realized the vehicle was a rebuild upon receiving a call from another dealership after trading in the vehicle purchased from Auto World.

I am disgusted by the blatant disregard Auto Wolrd has for their customers. I have never before encountered such dishonesty disguised by deceit.

I am unable to see this as anything other than acting *****ulently.

This is the worst and most expensive experience of my life. I will NEVER make use of their services again.

My only request is for Auto Wolrd to refund my money and take their rebuild vehicle to advertise correctly.
