R10 000 down the drain!
I went to see a vehicle at AutoWorld in Goodwood, on enquiry of the vehicle i was told that it had some damages due to an accident, which I found to be a bit fishy because why advertise the vehicle if you are not going to sell it?? Anyway, i was then offered a similar type of vehicle (not the same specs tho), which I kinda liked, it wasnt too shabby. I was given a price for the vehicle (which was supposed to have been financed thru a financial institution. I told the Manager that i would like to pay a deposit of R10000 so that the instalments could be a bit less. I was asked to pay the deposit directly to the dealer and the Financed amount would be adjusted to accomodate for the R10000, i.e. Finance would be R10000 less. Everything was sorted exept for a few minor issues on the vehicle, i.e. the radio, SatNav, screen did not work. I then decided not to sign the deal because i was not totally happy with the vehicle.. which is MY RIGHT!!!
Its almost 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for my Deposit to be paid back to me. At no point was I informed that the deposit is non-refundable, so i expect my funds back!

What can i do to get my money back from them??
