Buying a car on finance was approved now suddenly sold
Was buying a car on finance all was arranged and pre approved not they sold the car. Without me knowing and all my stuff was changed even insurance. Very bad customer service. That car was said to be kept for me for 2 or 3 days I told them I will take it. Now suddenly it was a cash deal and they sold the car while the girl knowing We where pre approved. I will take this up I really wanted that car this is bad seriously.Bad client service. Very disappointing Car dealership Auto World in Gezina.

29 Aug 2023, 22:49This Autoworld is really not handling there clients as first priority. Just giving very poor client service.we really wanted the ecoboost fiesta white one. While you know we where approved you sold it. It just show me how low you can go. Got me to change all my insurance to new vehicle just to find out that it is sold under my nose. If this is your type of service do not even try to put clients first really pathetic stop lying to customers and think about clients not just your own bluddy pocket. I was the first on the vehicle but I need this to be investigated. Do net throw your clients under the vus please low blow. But it is fine. People if you do finance and get approved this is the last place to buy a vehicle. You are nothing in their eyes. But thanks for poor service. And hope your client is happy but you will lose 20. Regards
