Beautiful broken cars

I bought a car from Autoworld Goodwood on the cnr. Marais and Voortrekker Roads, Goodwood, Cape Town) in September 2018. Since then, it has been back to them no less than 5 times for "services" (which were not done properly) and for reoccurring problems which I was promised each and every time had been fixed, but were not. I've been paying my first car for 2 months until it gave the first problem and there after I've been without a car for exactly 7 months.

I demanded a new car and I that I now have. It is officially after 1 year of my new car that I am now going through the same **** I did with the previous car. The car goes back and forth to the dealer then to the mechanic then back to me and so the drill goes on. I've been paying my ass off on both vehicles however the cars are all so beautiful but broken.

Autoword manager Siraaj owes me R5000 which I have been struggling to get for the last few months can anyone help me with this as my car is currently still at the mechanic which will most probably return with a new fault to it.
