Autoworld Goodwood - The worst car dealer to do business with!

I was interested in buying a car from Autoworld Goodwood, but due to unforeseen circumstances i cancelled the deal, however I have paid a portion of the money over to them. As I have no contract with them, I can cancel the deal with them, for 5 weeks i have been struggling to get a refund from them. They have different excuses as to why they are not refunding me, and no one gets back to you. Whenever you call they have an excuse, the most common one would be that the boss is in Johannesburg and he will be returning on this date or that date and then they will get back to you. When I was interested in the car, they couldn't get to me fast enough so i can apply, but now that they have to refund me, they are taking their own time with excuse upon excuse. Nobody has the courtesy to reply to an email. They are truly the worst car dealer as it has been more than 5 weeks , and do date i still not know when i will be receiving the refund!
