We were in the proses to purchace a FORD FIESTA RED from this car dealer. We had to sell our car first to make the purchase. We got in contact with i think it was a MR MOLOI. He told us on friday 10 Jan 2020 to pay R5000 for a holding fee that is FULLY REFUNDABLE if the deal gets canceld. We went right a way to the bank on saturday to deposit the money into the given bank account that was capitec bank. The ATM only allowed us to deposit R4200. We did send the proof of payment through. On monday we were exspecting more funds to releace so we clould complete the purchase. Monday afternoon the bank told us to wait for the funds as they needs 31 days to clear. Ian Hendrikz my husbond phoned the dealer on tuesday and explained that we cant do the purchase straight as we need to wait for the funds. The dealer then offerd to assist with self finance that was cool but wanted us to deposit half the purchase amount of the car. My husbond told them that we are on our way and before paying any futher money we want to see the car first and when we happy we will do the transfer right there. The worker got very agro with him and at the end the deal was canselled after we drove half pay to Randburg. They told him they will pay back the R4200 holding fee on tuesday after 12. According to the dealer the funds was payed back from a Standerdbank acc to our Capitec account. Its 2 days and after more the 48 hours and no funds is back in our account. If this money R4200 is not paid back by friday (17 Jan 2020) 12oclock we will open a case of ***** at SAPS Ian Hendrikz ***
