Worst service ever and bad workmanship

Its so bad I don't even want to give them a star. From service to there workmanship. I had my Accord there to get fix cause had some water damage I knew it wasn't gonna be an easy fix but I was patiened with them. After more than a month of my car being there cause they needed to source parts for me. To find out the part they ordered wasn't the problem. Than sending it off to an auto electrician almost 2 weeks later to find out the auto electrician also couldn't find any fault. My fuelpump was cleaned out I got told that was the problem after getting slapped with the bill for parts and stuff that wasn't even the cause. On my way home the same problem happened car died on me in peak traffic I had to drive home with a jerking car 20km/h. Besides all the other small things I got put through took car back fuelpump cleaned again I'm still having the problem.

To top it all off I also left my prelude there after I got my Accord back for a minor service and a small oil leak. Parts for it was difficult to source, understandable so, had to get from agents. Got called yesterday a month later my car is fix. Got there the car is struggling to start fault on ignition. The idling is out my car is now worst off than when I brought it to them. Both my cars are like my babies and they just f@#ked them up. I don't mind to pay but I expected much more from them.

I ask to speak to the owner got told he is on holiday. I left a message on his phone before but no reply from him. I never in my life had such bad service and I'm not taking this anymore. I gave them more than one opportunity to do right with my cars. And how do I know the parts that they said they put on was really put on. Parts could've even been taken off and slapped me with the bill. Cause how can your car have more issues after it come back from repair how does that make any sense. The bill for the Accord was just over R5000 and Prelude just over R15000. Someone needs to answer for this but no one is getting back to me. Anybody can give me advice on how to get this sorted. I would appreciate any feedback. So to anyone out there think twice going to Auto Works Strand.
