Worst service ever.
<p>I drop my car on monday for a major service at autoworks in salt river. Its Friday and I have not received one call regarding my car. The best part is that no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Assuming I ever get my car back I shall never use them again. </p>

Thanks for your reply. It is sad that I had to go to hello Peter to get any response from autoworks.
Please can you follow up Monday morning first thing and tell them to stop any futher work on the car. I will be collecting the car at 8an and taking the car somewhere else.
We have been terribly inconvenienced all week and dependant on public transport. To add insult to injury we had to cancel all our plans for the weekend because we are still without a car.
For the amount we were quoted it is shocking to receive such blatant apathy towards the customer. It will be the first and last time I use autoworks.
