very bad experience

if you need more than an oil change , this is not the place to go they simply do not have the technical ability to fix more challenging problems so their slogan "as good as the dealers " is a joke ,as they out source all the technical work to the manufacturing dealers- so they are at the mersey of the dealers might as well go directly there ... long waiting periods to get parts , & you get the impression they have just done this too many times to care to explain very poor communication ,which impacts on the customers personal arrangements - pity how negligent they are with taking the customers situation into account ,they do not seem to worry about their reputation at all - very much a take it or leave it attitude surprised they still in business beware of the what they quote on , be very specific to ask what exactly will be covered & actually fixed - they hide behind what the diagnostic readings tell them - no further understanding of the vehicles they work on sad state of technical s****s no matter what marvelous resume you read on there site manager & their director just as slippery they have prepared debt forms for you to sign makes you wonder -that they have these issues all the time stay far away from them , you will be sorry otherwise
