Uselees auto works strand

This is the worst service I have received from honestly ANY business I have come across in south africa. I tried to book a service for my car. Its a mg mg6 so I understand its not a car they see often. It may take a bit to find to correct parts. So after I phone they say they will send me a quote in the next hour or so. The next day nothing yet. So I phone back to hear that they are struggling to find parts. This I dont understand because its never been a problem before. So I tell them to look for parts thats not original mg parts. They say o.k and will phone me back in an hour or so, they never did. No quote either. Day 3 I phone again and ask whats going on? No they are still struggling with the parts, now they need my vin and engine number, I give it to them. They apologise for the delay and say they will give me a quote within the hour, they found the parts. Day 4 and no quote yet so I drive to the shop. I approach the man at the front desk and tell him I am irritated, this is taking too long..he then said they did send me the quote, then shows me but its the wrong email address after I spelled it more than once over the phone to the man. Now the manager approaches me with a very very bad attitude. He refused to apologise and though that the service I received from them were good. So I left and told them I won't be using them anymore. Then suddenly the manager phones me after 10min as if nothing happened and asks me to come back. ***? Bruce is his name, auto works strand. Never use this shop to service you vehicle.
