Thank you Bruce!

Had an awful experience with a VW Toureg in the past few days. Had an auto electrician out to diagnose the issue with no joy. Spoke with a VW dealership workshop manager who suggested that the computer box required replacement at an estimated cost of R40k. After discussing the issue with Bruce from the Strand branch, he directed me to the problem which was resolved immediately at no charge. I’m grateful for Bruce’s time and expertise and frankly it’s just another reassuring interaction from a company that I’ve found to be superb. Thanks again Bruce!
