Still not fixed despite two diagnostics

Hi I am quite discouraged by the fact that you have charged me for diagnostics and then proceeded to fix what the diagnosis seemingly indicates. Unfortunately I have been stranded literally three time now and still have a problem with starting the car. In other words on your first diagnosis I had to replace the idling stabilization valve. But still the car just cut out. So that was money wasted it seems the part you had replaced was not the problem. At our last discussion a tech suggested we try removing the immobilizer temporarily since this may be a reason the van just cuts out on the highway or even just won't start at times. I doubt this was done when I fetched the car yesterday I was told a loose wire was the problem.The immobilizer is still working despite me agreeing that we disable it to That was a R 1070 job including a diagnosis. I feel I have been taken for a fool - a wire was fixed for a R1000. It is now Saturday so I can't phone in. This morning the problem reared its head again and I was stranded in Strand. Hopefully some one monitors this on weekends. Hopefully you can get someone to contact me from the branch before the weekend I need to get to work on Monday
