Shocking Bad Service - Autoworks Milnerton

Hi<br> We just experienced the shockingly bad customer service on offer from Milnerton Autoworks. Please do not go there.<br> My wife took her car in for a quote (fuel injectors). They immediately gave her a quote and she proceeded to make arrangements with them. She paid the deposit as per their request to order parts-stipulates that it would take 3 days. She emailed them the POD on 25 Feb 2015 and was informed to bring the car in on 3 March. That's represents the 4th day after the deposit.She left the car there and she was quoted as 1.5 hours of labour. Now this is where it all goes pear shape.They called her in the afternoon of the Tuesday to state that it would be ready by Thursday and no longer Tuesday.-the parts had still not arrived -we only discovered that they were not ordered yet-Then I called on Wednesday - no parts had still arrived- 5 working days after the deposit was paid. Then she went in on Thursday morning to check - parts still not there yet. She asked them to give her car and deposit back. And now they are refusing to pay dep. Will be taking the matter to MIOSA - by the way MIOSA does come back to you-Autoworks never does - wife has to make all the calls for follow up
