Service at Autoworks

I have recently taken my car to Autoworks in Brackenfell. I bought my car from somerset car sales in April and have had problems with it since the first day I got it, ive taken my car back to them countless times to have things replaced and the problem would always reappear. After getting my car back from them with more problems arrising I decided to get a 3 point check to find out all the problems on the car so i took my car to Autoworks. They found out that somerset car sales was replacing the parts with parts that arent even compatable with the car, leading to more problems. I got the quote for all the items that should be fixed and unfortunatly because the parts were genuin parts they were coming from Germany which had a 21day waiting period for the parts to arrive, but wow was it worth the wait, got my car back and it drives like a new car, absolutly perfect! I was being helped by Candy, what an amazing lady and an asset to your company, I have recieved nothing but great service from her, keeping me informed and updated with the progress of the car. I would recommend Autoworks anytime, they do a great job and provide fantastic service towards their customers.
