Seamless car service

To describe what was a seamless finish from start to end doesn't come even close to the service I had at my first touch point with Saadiqah, from here on was assisted by Million. The service I received for my car service was amazing, I had booked my car in on the 27 Nov and by the Friday it was already done and all was left for me to collect. Initially I wanted a minor car service and knew the car had an oil leak and sway bar issue. I didn't really mentioned this to the team. So I was really impressed when they picked up these issues and went the extra mile of even checking other parts and quoted me for what was needed. Also washed the car!

Million made sure to always update me on the progress and check in with if I am happy with the quote. Surely Autoworks delivers excellent customer service and wonderful turnaround time. Usually taking a car in for servicing is always stressful considering this was my first time and all I heard was raving reviews about the place.

Will be back again next year for another service and review.
