Poor communication and service

In some ways Autoworks has been really great, but in other ways their Milnerton Branch has been very poor. I am hoping Gunther their MD will call me today to resolve the Freelander differential problem they have tried to fix for more than two months.

Good day Mr Bunyard,

I have brought this complaint to my Directors attention. He is in contact with the Milnerton branch regarding your vehicle and will be in contact with yourself as soon as he has spoken to them.
