Pathetic attitude
<p>I regret taking my car to vaal auto works in vanderbijlpark. The owner is very arrogant doesn't have manners, he comes to me without greeting or introducing himself and when I question him that's when he tells me he's the owner. I told him i wanna speak to the mechanic who was working on my car please.I was told to make an appointment of which I did, I was late by 10 minutes & I was send back. Last week I made an appointment 4 days in advance;got there early on monday the 23/07/18. Did a job card after few hours got a call from them & what the problem was;I gave them the go ahead to fix it. They told me they don't need troubles I'd rather take my car somewhere else because I questioned the owner of his attitude then. They must make it clear they have their own preferred customers & if customers are ill treated they must keep quiet because they are doing them a favour to work on their cars.</p>
