One word: SEAMLESS

Following a referral from Ron Kenyon of Rothman's Autos (who I highly recommend), I contacted Autoworks in Salt River to look into a sensor issue on my Jeep Compass.

Let me start off by saying the reason I chose not to go to an official Jeep workshop is because I had a dismal experience at Jeep Centry City, a workshop I will never be visiting again (they had my vehicle for 3 days before they told me the part had not even been ordered yet...).

Instead of calling Autoworks to book a day and time, I simply stopped by to try my luck. I spoke to Matthew who was more than willing to look at my vehicle, there and then (other such auto shops could only do so days from then)!

I thought I may be in for a long wait as other vehicles were first looked at, but Matthew made a plan and within 15 minutes he had the diagnosis.

Candy, the lady who booked my vehicle in etc, was incredibly helpful and efficient. I am actually surprised she hasn't been snapped up by a corporate as a PA...

Candy made sure I was kept in the loop as to when my vehicle would be booked in, and on the day of repair she remained in constant contact as she knew I had a meeting at midday that I would need my vehicle for.

As per my heading, SEAMLESS.
