Inappropriate use of customers vehicle

Such bad customer service from the Milnerton branch. Get collected to fetch my car, but its not there. They used my vehicle to drive to the branch in salt river to pick up a chocolates hamper..... Spoke too the owner Gunther and said a test drive is at most 1/2km distance not 15km. He's response is to ask me if work in the industry? The audacity to use my vehicle as if its owned by auto works

He did not even respond properly since he just put the phone down on me

If this is the response and actions of the owner you can't really expect much from the staff

I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle for any maintenance work by them
