HORRIBLE! Poorly serviced, excluded parts and my car is making AWFUL noises. Don’t be fooled by the friendly service of front of house!!!!!!!! Money hungry predators.

I checked my car in for a full body service as it has reached its yearly service time.I got my car back 3 DAYS AFTER “repairs” as I was told it will take only one day. I switched it on and found that the battery is still Mel functioning as they didn’t even service it and had to wait ANOTHER DAY before I got it back. Once I finally got my car back and drove up the street i noticed my car making all sorts of funny noises it never made before. I went back and they lifted their shoulders and told me it’s nothing serious however the sound is unbearable. I went to a different repair shop and they told me repairs will cost R4 000 AFTER A FULL SEVICE. I took this up with Autoworks and they blatantly ignored me and never rep****. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My car sounds like it is going to explode when I drive further than 10km. It makes unbearable noises and AUTOWORKS IS TO BLAME. Don’t be fooled by their friendly front of house staff. They almost got me to write a nice review because how friendly they were, just to be proven horribly wrong with the condition of my car. I WONT RECOMMEND AUTOWORKS TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!
