Honestly and integrity

After picking up my car 3 days service I noticed my towing rod lying loose on the boat of my car nxt to the spare tyre. I reported this to Bruce bcoz it was supposed to be inside a black pouch with other wheel tools and didn't see it. A quick response from Bruce and team was that they never saw it after replacing back the spare wheel. But were willing to help me by replacing these missing items and yes indeed with great respect and great honor Bruce helped me.

Last week Friday I found the black pouch deep somewhere in the boot underneath the grocery net and went back to say sorry to Bruce and his team for all this & thank you for their support, quality workmanship and HONESTY AND INTEGRITY & HUMBLENESS.. Thanks we never have to fight or defensive through out our communication and great guy's you've a manager that believes in you all as ethical SA citizens and Bruce you are a true leader.
