Great customer service

I took my car into Auotworks about 2weeks ago. My car was not pushing out its normal power and as always, when I called Bruce Martin, its like calling a Dr, he just said "bring it in." This is one of the many reasons I enjoy servicing my car with Bruce... He treats your problem like its the most import issue at the momment. At the time, the Autoworks service centre was packed with back to back cars that needed attention. Alas, due to a warrenty issue on a part that was not repaired by Autoworks, I had to take my vehicle to where the job was done. Bruce and his team had spent so much time on my car to assess the problem and even when they had learnt that they would not be able to compete the job, they had not slacked in their customer service to me. They were willing to take my car the other repair centre..... Now, I call that service. They way Auto works treats me, really does not go unnoticed. When someone asks me where I service car, there is no hesitation, Bruce Martin at Autoworks Strand.
