Good Business ethic
I had my Mitsubishi Outlander in for its 90000km service. The complete process from beginning (quote) to end was flawless. Kacey and the gang are extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. The business model is clearly NOT to rip the client off but rather to provide a service for which it can be very proud. Equally important, the cost for the work was around 60% less than the agents. Good job and well done. See you next time.
