Fantastic Service Autoworks Strand

After losing all faith in these "Auto guys", i took my car to Autoworks Strand, I dealt with the Manager Bruce. Wow i have never met a more meticulous guy ever. Thorough beyond!!. i brought my vehicle in and asked that the brakes also be replaced. He checked the vehicle and then I get a call from Bruce to say , He will not be replacing my brakes although a safety item, i could hold off on replacing them until the next service but.. He then proceeded to give me a list of items on my vehicle that needed attention. Things i never even knew were wrong! i was blown away, Where do you find an auto guy that tells you TRUTH ! I WAS SO IMPRESSED! This guy, turned out to be the manager of the establishment but i will from now on only deal with him, so knowledgeable, very precise almost to a fault but i personally will never deal with anyone else. He constantly kept me in the loop with pictures and 2 phone calls. What an asset to a business this is. I would recommend Autoworks Strand to anyone. A far cry from the experience i had a year ago. Well done and you will be seeing me again with my familys cars.
