<p>Although Autoworks could not fix the issue, they recommended another technician who could and provided answers to others questions free of charge - not even a consultation fee. They could also have charged a markup by getting their recommended technician in on my behalf, but were up front about the fact that it would be cheaper for me to contact them myself. As always, amazing service and I will keep going back.</p>
