Excellent service from Autoworks Strand

I recently sent my car in for a major service and was beyond impressed by not only the service of the car, but the service of the staff too! Gabi at the desk who deals with invoicing ensured I was kept up to date at all times from what needed to be replaced, to smsing me regular updates on how far they are with the service. Bruce the manager/owner was involved at all times and explained in detail what the technician did. His friendliness left me feeling at ease to leave my car with them and ensured i was aware to call him at any time if i had an issue and offered a year gaurantee on all work he did which gave me security when leaving the premises. The Technician who worked on the car did an outstanding job. I feel like i am driving a new vehicle. And to top my "new" smooth drive, they also cleaned the car outside, inside & the engen! (something which the original car service shop did not do). They also showed me all the old parts which where replaced without any hassle, which comforts me in knowing this dealership is not just about making money and taking its customers for a ride!

And the bonus of all, they are Cheaper than the original car service center i was with before!

I cannot recommend this service center enough & will definitely be going back for ALL future services.
