Disgusting !!!!

I went into the branch to have my car electric window looked at. Everyone was very polite.<br> The engineer that was looking at my car told me he could still hear the motor for my drivers side electric window still working. He proceeded to take it in the work shop to look at it. Only to come back and tell me that now the electric motor was actually burnt out and I would need to order a part and the whole door panel be taken off. I received a quote from them for 1600rand. Only for me to look at the plug for the window , to see myself that it was loose , I clipped it back in and now my window works as normal ! I am disgusted that this supposed resputable company tried to rip me off assuming I am a complete idiot! I will with all my power boycott this company and firm until someone gets hold of me!!! This is disgusting that people try to take advantage of hard working citizens when times are tough enough. I work most of the year in the United Kingdom and you can rest assure that I will not let this stand what so ever!!!<br> Actually horrible
