Blatant ******* (Milnerton Autoworks)
<p>I have no words to describe how disgusted i am from almost being ********** by these clowns today!</p> <p> </p> <p>first, they charge R604.20 for a diagnostic/assesment which is, according to them, company policy. - </p> <p>..to have 4 ball joints replaced i received a quote for R****.00 -</p> <p> </p> <p>the workshop right next door didnt charge to put my vehicle on the lift or diagnose.. their quote for the exact same job is R1890.00 !!! </p> <p> </p> <p>How do they justify this i ask you with tears in my eyes...???</p> <p> </p> <p>on they way out i bumped into one of the managers who boasted how well they are doing... he even showed me an sms on his phone with the salary he received saying : " we cater for the HIGH end of the market"</p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to be a part of this freak show.. </p> <p> </p>

We know we’re not the cheapest option in the market, but we make up for that by fitting quality parts and giving our customers piece of mind by offering a 60 000km/1 year warranty on all our work. We do however try and be more affordable than the agents while offering the same quality workmanship, and in this instance, we were able to that by quoting you R 2 000.00 less than the agents.
The morning you brought your vehicle in you signed off the quote accepting the diagnostic cost. We charge a diagnostic fee because there is labour involved when checking a customer’s vehicle, this diagnostic cost does however get taken off your final invoice, if you accept our quote and have the work done by us.
I therefore do not agree with your statement that we are a “Blatant *******”. We have a lot of loyal customers that appreciate our friendly service and rely on us to fit quality parts with a warranty.

Im sure your mechanics do a great job, im not referring to the quality of your workmanship either, im upset about the fact that the Labour portion of your quote is much more than the actual parts and Tyremart includes all this (4 ball joints + labour + assessment/diagnostic + wheel alignment = happy customer!)
3 LABOR 2 Labor 672.60 - 1,770.00 2,017.80????
The labor part alone is more than the cost of the parts, wheel alignment 4 Ball joints (your quote was for doing only 3 ball joints!!!)
TyreMarts workshop includes the labor, parts and wheel alignment in the R1890.00... they also offer a guarantee ...
