Bad service

<p>Auto works Strand is the worst place to take your car. Never call you back on a quote and after doing a 6k job didnt even have the decency to wash my car after it. Left the mags dirty with hand marks and the interior. Then i found a bolt logged between the bonnet and the window from the job that the mechanic never put back :( </p> <p> </p> <p>Complained and Johnno called me but never once offered to wash my car, just to take a look at what the bolt might be. </p> <p> </p> <p>A while later i contacted Leigh Ann for a gearbox oil quote, took forever then when i contacted back to find out how they service the multi tronic I get no reply at all. Maybe you cant take critisicim when you are wrong and your service is poor so you dont want to deal with customers anymore??</p> <p> </p>
