AutoWorks - Worst Possible Service - Cape Town

Phoned and one of their call center agents answered the phone. Due to lack of audible pronunciation, I was compelled to ask the agent to repeat what they said as to ensure that I do not agree to something that I do not fully understand. The agent got rather irritated as a result . They advised that within 24 hours I'd be provided with a quote on car service. Nothing happened, I then proceeded to make use of their online service. Was also promised a swift return but got none, all in all most *** service ever experienced. Would certainly not recommend them to anyone else ever, if in need of a motor vehicle service better to deal with the original car dealer 10x better.
