Amazing customer service

I was informed of necessary but expensive repairs to my car. Dealership quoted an astronomical amount. Was advised to seek a second opinion. Went to auto works. Dealt with million who was excellent from the onset. Explained in great detail what needed to happen. Confidently left the car in her care. Later had issuer with motorite about covering the repairs. Million going over and above anything required of her assisted me with a contact and advise on how to deal with the insurers. <br> With her assistance it was approved on the Thursday morning. By lunch time million had got the approval done. She assured me she would have work started on the day and with any luck car would be ready on the Friday but most likely after the weekend. <br> To my delight Million called me on the Friday to tell me the car was ready. A great end to a difficult week. <br> However there was one last twist, I couldn't make it by closing time and I desperately needed the car for the weekend.Million agreed to wait an extra half an hour for me. <br> It was extraordinary customer service! I would HIGHLY reccomend autoworks to anyone. Added to that there is a one year warranty on the repair. <br>
