Disappointed in Customer service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>This on behalf of my mum. Who's a pensioner saving for her dream car can be pricey? She discovered she needed to replace all 4 tyres on her BMW. In February she shop around Autowiel Monavoni was her best . She had replaced the tyres on the 22/02/2017. On route to dbn and back to gauteng. She discovered bubble on the tyre. This is two weeks ago. She went back to the saleman. He said o if I take this tyre out and it has cracks. It's your cost. Okay took the tyre out no crack. He became very rude to my mum. They arranged for the Goodyear rep to come out the next day. Sorry madam there's nothing we can do. So you spent R12700 .And goodyear can do nothing. It's sad that a pensioner. Like my mum has to be treated this way. </p>
