Completely disorganized, bad service

I recently took my car to Autowest Somerset West for a service. My brake pads needed replacement, and I assumed that it would be done in the service. <br> <br> However, when I got back the car I was told that they didn't replace the brake pads as they couldn't get hold of me. I had no missed calls and no emails to confirm this. The service person apologized and said that I could come early one morning & they would replace the break pads on my way to work.<br> <br> I therefore made an appointment where I confirmed that I was going to wait for the job to be done and asked if they could do it first thing in the morning.<br> <br> When I got to the workshop this morning, no note was made that I was going to wait for the job to be done, but the receptionist organized for the car to be worked on immediately. A few minutes later I was told that they didn't have the parts needed and it would only be available after 12pm...! This after I have made an appointment. To top that off the quoted price was now R600 more than I was quoted 11 days ago. Turns out the initial quote was for the wrong parts!<br> <br> How can I trust people to work on my car if they quote incorrect parts and are unreliable? Shocking.
