Rude staff member when i was asking a questions

I booked my car in for a service and when i was called to be told about my de-faults i asked to be given some time to think about them and when i called back several times to ask exactly what needed to be done and asked to be explained in lame mans terms Olga was very rude to me which i found unnecessary and i didn't appreciate as we don't work with cars and such should not be at the for front of the company.
