Dishonest and unprofessional

<p>My first experience with this people was with aircondition repair. After a long delay, they quoted for a leaking pipe repair, which I accepted (even though expensive). After a week, they called to say that they fixed the pipe, but 'discovered' another one that is leaking. Told them to leave it as is, as the subsequent quotation proved to be excessive.</p> <p> </p> <p>More recently, I took my car to them with the engine revving, but not starting. After full 3 days, they call to tell me the alternator needs repair and quoted R3100. Expensive, but accepted by me, as I needed the car fixed. After a couple of days, they call to tell me alternator is 'fixed' but they discovered a major engine problem - 'the engine is completely blown' (in their words).</p> <p> </p> <p>This completely broke my trust with this business, to say at least, as it sounds ***** only to discover a major engine failure after a week so I paid the R3100 (probably for nothing) and towed the car away.</p> <p> </p> <p>After the first similar experience with this business, where they also discovered 'something else' after the quotation, they lost mu trust.</p> <p> </p> <p>On top of it, my car was parked in the public parking lot at the street day and night, unsecured, for all this time, as they don't have enough space in their garage.</p>
